2) Put it in bookmarks toolbar in Mozilla Firefox for easy use

   i) Right click at the toolbar

  ii) select new bookmarks

 iii) Put the Name for the bookmarks
 iv) Paste the script in Location row and click save

3) Now you can remove the survey by clicking the Bookmarks

Not all survey can be remove by this script for example Sharecash
